Evaluator's Guide

Evaluators are asked to evaluate the merit of an idea and recommend whether a suggestion should be adopted. By objectively and thoroughly evaluating an idea, evaluators are providing valuable information to the suggester, State agencies and New York State. Evaluators are experts in the subject matter and may be a part of the current process that the suggestion would affect. The Evaluator's Guide is designed to assist with the evaluation process.
