Limited Placement (HELP) Program
To help local government staff critical titles and to help New Yorkers meet their basic health, safety and daily living needs.
The Local HELP Program was established to allow local civil service agencies to address the emergency staffing crisis that they are also facing across health and safety positions. Below is a list of local civil service agencies and the available titles that are available as part of the Local HELP Program. If you are interested in any of these positions, you will need to apply through the local civil service agency listed.
