Project Time Line
The Special Amnesty Period will be held first. Informational packets will be mailed to all enrollees with family coverage between April 3, 2009 and April 13, 2009. Enrollees should receive their packets within ten business days. The 60 day Amnesty Period will run from April 14, 2009 through June 12, 2009.
The verification of dependents not removed during the Special Amnesty Period will be conducted in two phases. The first phase will be for dependents of New York State (NYS) and Participating Employer (PE) enrollees. The second phase will be for dependents of Participating Agencies (PA).
