Job Description

Human Resources Specialists perform and supervise the performance of various human resources (personnel) and employee services activities in such areas as recruitment, Civil Service examination, placement, position classification and compensation, benefits, health and safety, staff development, and labor relations. Employees seek to build and maintain an effective workforce within the framework of the Civil Service system.

Either 1. A bachelor's or higher degree AND two years of professional human resources experience. OR;

2. A master's or higher degree AND one year of professional human resources experience.
