Competencies

  • OTDA's succession planning effort required the identification of core competencies. See OTDA Core Competencies.

  • OCFS is developing a management development program to prepare managers to fill critical vacancies. See Management Development Program.

  • OSC is developing a Competency-Based Performance Management Process as a part of its workforce planning and development. The process focuses on competency identification, assessment of employee competencies, and training and development activities to address the gaps between current and desired competency levels.
