Quality of Work Life Programs

  • Tax is focused on improving the quality of working life through a variety of programs, which make us a better choice for prospective employees and improves retention of current staff. [Deborah Dammer (518) 457- 2786]

  • To ensure the safety of it's staff and visitors, HESC has developed a Workplace Violence Prevention Policy and Guidelines that has been followed by an all-staff training program that will be completed in March 2002. A Workplace Violence Prevention Advisory Committee, comprised of members from all HESC divisions, has been formed to monitor and advise on future safety issues and training.
