Reporting On....Your Health Insurance Benefits in Retirement and Vestee Benefits

This Reporting On. . . is an overview of new legislation that provides improved pension benefits for certain current and future public employee retirees. It explains how the legislation affects eligibility for health insurance as a vestee or retiree. The publication will be distributed to your enrollees as a "wrap" around their Empire Plan Report.

Distribution of Empire Plan Reports

We will send you a supply of the Reports equal to 20 percent of your enrollment . We will also send you a supply of the Reporting On.

You may order additional Reports using the Publications Supply Order Form attached to this memo. All of the Reports are listed, but they will not be available right away. Please wait until you receive your supply of a specific group before you place an order.
