We will soon mail the January 2010 HMO Reports and NYSHIP General Information Book Amendments to the following groups: Council 82, CSEA, DC-37, MC, NYSCOPBA, PBA-S, PBA-T, PE, PEF, PIA, Retiree, UCS and UUP.
The HMO Report includes:
NYSHIP Articles: Young Adult Option Coverage, New York State: Supplemental Continuation of Coverage, Important Information about the Pre-Tax Contribution Program (PTCP) For Enrollees with Domestic Partners (except PE and Retiree). Reminders: Dependent Verification, Medicare Part B Premium Reimbursement, Reimbursement of the Medicare Part B Income-Related Monthly Adjustment Amount (IRMAA) for Medicare-Primary Enrollees and Pre-Retirement Seminars (except PE and Retiree), The 2010 Census and Annual Notice of Mastectomy and Reconstructive Surgery Benefits.
NYSHIP General Information Book Changes

Distribution of Reports
These publications will be mailed to enrollee homes in early April 2010. We will send you a supply of each publication equal to one percent of your affected enrollment.
