These positions are located in facilities located throughout New York State.
You must have a license and current registration to practice pharmacy in New York State. If you are appointed and lose your license, current registration, or ability to bill for services, action will be taken to remove you from the position.
Pharmacists are responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical care including the review, dispensing, and monitoring of inpatient and outpatient medications. You would also be responsible for preparing IV admixtures, providing drug information, conducting patient and family medication counseling sessions, supervising pharmacy aides, and participating in pharmacy and facility wide performance improvement activities.
