Proposal Information

Description:

The interns assist clinicians with social work related tasks (phone calls, research etc). They meet with clients to provide additional support between therapeutic clinic appointments. They facilitate Wellness Self Management Groups and co lead therapeutic groups. Social Work interns accompany clients on interviews for less restrictive residential sites, benefits and habitation programs. Master level interns have responsibility for documentation related to developing charts including core history, core evaluations, individual service plans, and progress notes and enrolling patients in PMHP for new admissions.
