Description:
Under the supervision of a Manager of Information Technology Services 1:
- Create documentation for existing policies, procedures, and guidelines in conformity with ITIL standards, and modify as appropriate for transition to other operating groups;
- Create documentation for new or proposed changes to current procedures as they relate to the Active Directory Consolidation project;
- Other duties as assigned.
