Description:
Interns in the Administrative Review Division (ARD) will be assigned research projects in conjunction with the ongoing evolution of the statutory, regulatory and case law in the field of Workers' Compensation. Interns will also be trained in case review, legal research and decision writing, in furtherance of the ARD's handling of Requests for Administrative Review. Working days are flexible (Mon-Fri), with the expectation of 12-15 hours per week during the school year and up to full-time during breaks/summer.
