Proposal Information

Description:

Landscape Architectural intern working for OGS would be involved in assisting with a broad range of site related projects involving many facets of Landscape Architecture design, planning, and grading. Typical projects range from solutions to vehicular and pedestrian access, circulation, and use of existing sites, to design of multi- building campus developments involving all facets of design, grading and environmental compliance. Ideally the intern will be exposed to a variety of site related projects from project initiation, through design, and lastly while under construction.Specific work would likely include: Field investigations for project related research, field experience with wetland delineation, use of GPS equipment for recording field data, CAD drafting and design, involvement with GIS applications, reparation of reports and presentations, and attendance at project related meetings.
