Proposal Information

Description:

The Enterprise Business Solutions Cluster (Communications) is seeking to acquire a student intern to initiate, create, and execute engaging communications about EBS programs, projects and accomplishments. Communication deliverables will range from written communications (newsletters, presentations) to short video scripts. Experience with film (stage/video performance, video production, script writing) is preferred, but not required.

The successful candidate will have impeccable written and oral communication skills. They must be comfortable speaking with technology professionals and cluster leadership to obtain the information required to successfully tell the story of how technology was developed and the benefit it is bringing to agencies and/or citizens.

Under the supervision of the EBS Project Assistant for Communication and Organizational Change management, the successful candidate will work 15-20 hours per week, or more. Day and times are flexible, depending on projects. All work hours will need to be scheduled and completed within a typical business week (M-F, 8:30am-5:00pm).
