Proposal Information

Description:

The candidate preference is a college Junior or minimum college Sophomore with preferred degree concentrations in Information Technology, Liberal Arts, Public Administration or Social Science.
The Governor's Office seeks a qualified candidate to conduct a full database audit on all the New York State boards, counsels, and commissions housed within their data management system. The primary function is to assist in the data compilation and entry of all NYS board descriptions and statutory requirements and to verify current board membership. The candidate will collaborate with the Appointments Officers within the office, Appointments Counsel, Executive Chamber staff, and agency staff. Attention to detail, research skills, knowledge of database programs, strong organizational and communication skills are required.
Hours are flexible but must be between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
