Description:

BASIC FUNCTION:
Assist the Office of Contractor and Supplier Diversity ("OCSD") team with outreach, reviewing, tracking and analyzing data, as well as preparing reports in connection with the Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprise ("MWBE") and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business ("SDVOB") participation goals/commitments for Empire State Development ("ESD") projects.

WORK PERFORMED:
* Solicit and track compliance information regarding MWBE and SDVOB participation and minority/female workforce participation on ESD projects. Ensure that data is accurately reflected in internal tracking systems and databases.
* Provide support to the Project Managers and Director of the Office of Contractor and Supplier Diversity on marketing and outreach, compliance, and project management oversight as necessary.
* Projects, tasks and other duties as assigned by the Project Managers and Director of Contractor and Supplier Diversity.
* Participate in trainings, workgroups, strategic planning sessions and other individual and group projects as necessary.
* Provide the highest standard of customer service to internal and external partners and stakeholders.
* Review and analyze data pertaining to MWBE and SDVOB utilization and commitments.
* Participate in weekly, monthly and quarterly office, interdepartmental and division-wide meetings, webinars, and/or teleconferences.
* Employ a variety of tools to ensure adherence to diversity and best practices.
