Description:
I. EXECUTIVE OFFICES
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interns will work alongside Executive office staff to assist in areas of agency administration which may include:
* Administrative & Research Support on Special Projects
* Database and Contacts Management
* New York State Government Research
* Paper and Digital File Archiving and Organization
QUALIFICATIONS:
* A current undergraduate or graduate student
* Ability to perform diverse tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
* Great keyboarding and excellent written and oral communication skills
* Strong PC skills, MS Office, Adobe Reader and Web 2.0; multimedia and productivity websites (e.g. YouTube, Vimeo, ZoHo, Google Docs, etc.)
SCHEDULE:
Schedules are flexible and will average 1-5 days per week, 10 - 20 hours weekly. Business hours are 9 - 6pm Monday - Friday.
