Proposal Information

Description:

This position will be in the Special Funds Group (SFG) and will handle, as assigned, tasks related to the claims handling oversight, contracts, reimbursement process and settlements that the SFG oversees and participates in. A minimum of a one year commitment is highly desired. Tasks include but are not limited to: research and writing; drafting of legal documents [i.e., appeals, settlements, forms, policies]; assisting in settlement process; review of legal documents prior to signature by agency; assisting in preparation of files for hearing; and special assignments and projects as they arise.
Hours: 8:30-4:30, M-F during summer; varied schedules and fewer hours allowed during school year.
