Description:
This position is with the Maintenance Processing Group in the COO Business Office. The position is M-F 8-4. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring the group's shared mailbox and answering requests. The candidate will also be involved in processing and updating the AD-HOC/Batts database. This will include analyzing invoices and developing reports. Review budget to ensure vender assigned amounts ia correct using appropriate budget coding.
