Proposal Information

Description:

Assist with the day to day operations of the Employee Development & Training Office.
Prepare/review material for training, possibly co-instruct class.
Assist with training logistics, including room set up, etc.
Track attendees and file training records, materials, and other related documents.

Assist with options for distributing Supervisory packet.

Assist with follow up phone calls and emails to employees, and supervisors related to meeting 100% compliance with mandatory training requirements set forth by Governors Office of Employee Relations.

Level of responsibilities will depend on the length of the internship and training qualifications.

Computer skills - Required - Microsoft Word and Excel. Preferred - Camtasia, Survey Monkey, and Microsoft Outlook.
