PCO Title Search Results

Generalist Job Titles are professional administrative titles in the areas of administrative operations, fiscal operations, human resources and program implementation. The job titles below require the completion of a traineeship during which trainees receive training and gain the necessary knowledge and experience to perform at the full-performance level. Most titles require a two year traineeship, after successful completion of which, trainees advance to the G-18, full-performance level. Exceptions to this are noted.

Advanced Placement

Most individuals are appointed to the Trainee 1 title. If you meet the qualifications for appointment to a Trainee 2 or full-performance level, you may be eligible for appointment directly to those levels.

Advanced placement appointments are at the discretion of the hiring agency.

Diversity Management Option

All Generalist and Select titles may be filled using the Diversity Management Option. If you are interested in being considered for vacancies where there is a demonstrated need for candidate to have an understanding of diversity management and equal opportunity principles to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position you must complete and submit the Questionnaire.
