Job Description

Human Resources Specialists 1 (Testing Engineering) develop tests of knowledge, skills, and abilities within the occupational specialty of engineering to provide appropriate Civil Service Merit System selection measures.  Employees analyze jobs, determine appropriate selection measures, develop test plans, prepare test questions, analyze test results, and make recommendations for test scoring and setting of pass points, within the occupational specialty of engineering.  These positions are located in the Department of Civil Service.
