NOTE: IPP employees who were full-time at enrollment, including employees on VRWS, forfeit 3 full-time days and receive a health insurance contribution credit of up to $300. All IPP employees who were part-time at enrollment forfeit 1.5 full-time days and receive a health insurance contribution credit of up to $150. Therefore, these charts are NOT applicable to employees who move between part-time and full-time status after enrollment.
