21.7 Leave for Extraordinary Weather Conditions

Effect:

These contract articles provide that early departures directed by the appointing authority due to extraordinary circumstances beyond the employee's control should not be charged to leave credits. For ASU, ISU, OSU, PS&T and RRSU Unit employees, these articles include directed early departures related to weather conditions. For Security Services and Security Supervisors Unit employees, early departures related to weather conditions are specifically excluded.
