Appendix G - Reciprocal Agreements - December 22, 1999

SUBJECT: Reciprocal Agreements on Transfer of Leave and Service Credits

The following reciprocal agreements are no longer in effect and should be deleted from Appendix G of the Attendance and Leave Manual:

The reciprocal agreement with the State University Construction Fund has been revised effective June 21, 1996, to include provisions for transfer of holiday leave.

The reciprocal agreement with the New York State Teachers' Retirement System (NYSTRS) was revised effective November 23, 1995, to exclude employees appointed to positions with the NYSTRS that are designated as management.

You will be receiving copies of the new and revised agreements within the coming months for incorporation into Appendix G of the Manual. In the interim, please address any questions on the terms and conditions of the agreements to the Employee Relations Unit of this Department at (518) 457-2295.
