General Counsel - Eugene Sarfoh
Eugene Sarfoh serves as the General Counsel for the Department of Civil Service. In this role, General Counsel Sarfoh provides legal counsel and advice to the Department to ensure that all activities conform to applicable legal requirements, to protect the Department's and Civil Service Commission's interests and to help the agency accomplish its mission in a legally sound fashion. General Counsel Sarfoh has been with the Department and served in this role since 2021.
