Proposal Information

Description:

The intern will assist with promoting the open enrollment period and collection of applications for the New York Environmental Leaders program. Activities may include, but are not limited to:

-Conducting research to identify potential members
-Creating spreadsheets and databases of businesses contacted and businesses that need to be contacted
-Calling businesses and organizations to pitch participation in the program
-Writing emails to businesses and organizations pitching participation in the program
-Assisting with the organization of webinars and events to promote participation
-Organizing applications as they come in
-Conducting an initial review of applications as they come in for completeness

Microsoft Office applications

Written and verbal communication

Critical thinking

marketing or communications experience
