Description:

The ITS Department of Motor Vehicles Business Solutions is interested in employing an energetic, highly driven, and skilled student intern in the role of junior Application Developer. The employee would work in conjunction with developers in CDL Monitoring and Compliance applications.

The junior developer should express a desire to work with a variety of DMV technologies, including Mainframe and Distributed (e.g., .NET) environments.

Illustrative duties include, but are not limited to:

Accepting, responsive, and efficient with assignments.

Able to Adhere to standards and best programming practices.

Independently analyze and research suggested solutions.

Work in a team environment, collaborating positively with others.

Develop a Familiarity with processes such as applications delivery, infrastructure planning, applications development, and project management while being able to provide feedback on assignments.

Identify and suggest areas for improvement with applications.
