Description:
The student assistant will be part of a professional research team analyzing foster care re-entries and/or successful and unsuccessful foster home placements. The student assistant will be involved in reading and coding child welfare case records to identify risk and protective factors. Depending on the phase of the research project, the student assistant may be involved in testing the case recording instrument, conducting the case review, and/or data analysis. The student assistant will have the opportunity to participate in various inter-disciplinary planning meetings and help integrate research and evaluation findings into practice and policy.
