Job Description
Human Resources Specialists (Labor Relations) perform labor relations activities such as participating in the administration of the agency disciplinary, grievance, and performance evaluation programs in accordance with the provisions of the various negotiating unit contracts and/or applicable laws, rules or regulations. Work assignments at this level usually entail standard procedures, processes, and guidelines; and issues for which substantial reference material and precedent are available.
