Job Description
Budgeting Analysts prepare agency budget estimates, program justifications and workload forecasts, narrative and tabular reports indicating agency expenditure components; and monitor agency expenditures in normally assigned areas. These positions are normally located in business administration or budgeting offices in various State agencies and provide staff support to agency program managers.
Trainees will receive a combination of structured training, on-the-job training, and/or practical job performance to gain the knowledge and experience necessary to function at the full performance level.
