Job Description
Utility Analysts (Environmental) are required to have a basic understanding of the electric, gas, steam, water or telecommunications industries, and the application of environmental analytical methods to assist senior staff in the discharge of their duties; also perform under the supervision of higher level Utility Analyst (Environmental), or other higher level staff.

Minimum Qualifications
You must meet the requirements below to qualify for this title.
A bachelor's or higher degree AND two years of experience in one or more of the following activities: environmental analysis, assessment, and evaluation of construction and operations of proposed large scale projects; on-site environmental monitoring of projects (such as vegetation or forest management, storm water management and erosion controls, wetlands and streams delineations, and prevention of impacts on sensitive environmental, historical or archeological resources, or threatened or endangered species and their habitat).
