Job Description
Housing and Community Renewal Specialists perform various activities related to the various program areas of the Division of Housing and Community Renewal (such as housing management, community development, or rent regulation). Employees may analyze data, provide guidance to various parties, perform inspections, and/or supervise subordinate staff.
Trainees will receive a combination of structured training, on-the-job training, and/or practical job performance to gain the knowledge and experience necessary to function at the full performance level.
