Job Description
Individuals in this title assist in meeting collection goals by evaluating delinquent taxpayers' ability to pay past-due taxes. You will obtain and research financial records related to delinquent taxpayers including, but not limited to, tax returns, financial statements, credit reports, county clerk records, bank statements loan trends, comparatives, and cash flows; determine repayment capacity; prepare comprehensive written reports of the financial analysis results, including recommendations as to best collection strategies; monitor current economic and industry trends and evaluate their potential impact on tax collections on an industry wide basis.
