Job Description

Individuals in this job title analyze and present criminal justice data and trends; develop projections; review and analyze criminal justice policy, programs, legislation, and research studies; evaluate, monitor, and present data on program performance; develop reports on criminal or juvenile justice programs; conduct relevant research, prepare correspondence, and provide technical assistance to other governmental agencies.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Criminal Justice, Criminology, Economics, Government, Public Administration, Public Affairs, Sociology or Political Science

Advanced Placement

If chosen, you may, at the agency's discretion, be appointed to a higher level. You must inform the agency of any additional qualifications at your interview.

Two years of experience analyzing data, trends, policies and programs that involve criminal justice populations. NOTE: A formalized graduate internship in these areas is considered qualifying experience.
