Job Description
Trainees receive on-the-job and/or structured training to gain the knowledge and experience necessary at the full performance level to provide assistance in all areas of environmental chemistry relating to sampling, laboratory procedures, laboratory analysis, data evaluation and data interpretation; and provide comprehensive research, evaluation and guidance regarding the impacts of chemicals on the environmental resources of New York State.
