Job Description
Individuals in this title review shelter documentation and conduct interviews with shelter staff to determine adequacy of care and quality of services. They investigate complaints, prepare written reports documenting violations, and recommend corrective actions. In addition, they collect and analyze data for program evaluations and provide technical assistance to facility operators on complying with appropriate standards and service improvements.
