Minimum Qualifications
You must meet the requirements below to qualify for this title.
Bachelor's or higher degree and one year of experience in placing low income or Welfare to Work participants in private sector employment. Experience must extend beyond assessment or interviewing functions and must include contact on a routine basis with employers in order to discuss candidate suitability for job openings, arrange job referrals and employer interviews and on-site follow up of new hires.
Proficiency in the Spanish language at a level that will ensure the ability to perform the duties of the position.
