This Secure Area of the Department of Civil Service Web site is for State HR Professionals.

A Login is required to access information related to agency assignments and program responsibilities. Other protected resources can include Webcasts, RIF Materials, and Civil Service system's manuals such as NYSTEP, HBA Online and memoranda to the HR community on program policies and procedures.

Your User ID is your identifier for accessing this secure portion of this Web site and also DCS applications.

You must have a user ID and permissions to HR Web Access to be able to access the secure resources. These permissions are granted by the Civil Service Help Desk.

To request these permissions (HR Web Access), please have your agency's Data Access Officer (DAO) formally request these permissions by faxing the request to the ITS Enterprise Service Desk at: fixit@its.ny.gov. Please provide a phone number where they may contact you. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. Use this e-mail if you do not know your Agency's DAO.
