Overview
The Department of Civil Service is beginning to open state-operated Computer-Based Testing Centers (CBTs) across New York State.
These centers will help make exams more accessible and convenient for all.

Computer-Based Testing Center Parking Information
Click the location below where you will be taking your Computer-Based Test for more information.
Buffalo
The parking lot is in front of the Compass East building facing Michigan Ave and can be accessed via Clinton St or Eagle St. Parking is free of charge. The main entrance of the Compass East building is located on the same side of the building as the parking lot. The Buffalo Computer-Based Testing Center is located on floor 3 of the Compass East building and is reachable by the elevator attached to the main lobby.

Cohoes
Visitors may park free of charge at either the front or back of the building. The main entrance of the center is located on the corner of the building that faces the corner of Oneida and Canvass streets. Upon entering the building, the testing center will be to your left.

Rochester
Visitors may park free of charge at either the side or back of the building, which is shared with Rochester Regional Health. The main entrance of the center is located on the side of the building adjacent to the entrance to the parking lot. Upon entering the building, the testing center will be straight ahead on the first floor.

Syracuse
The Syracuse Computer-Based Testing Center is located on the first floor of Mulroy Hall. Visitors should enter through the east-facing entrance. Ample free parking is available in the lot adjacent to Mulroy Hall.
