A bachelor's including or supplemented by 30 semester credit hours in animal science, bacteriology, biochemical engineering, biochemistry, biological sciences, biology, chemical engineering, chemical science, chemistry, civil engineering, coastal resources management, ecology, ecosystem management, engineering technology, electrical engineering, electrical science, environmental biology, environmental engineering, environmental health, environmental science, environmental studies, environmental toxicology, geochemistry, geological engineering, geology, health physics, hydrology, industrial hygiene, marine science, mechanical engineering, medical science, medical technology, microbiology, mining engineering, molecular biology, natural sciences, nursing, occupational health, petroleum engineering, physics, structural engineering, transportation engineering, or urban forestry; AND two years of professional experience assessing the impact of toxic substances on public health.

OR

Physical/Medical Requirements

A medical examination will be required prior to appointment to ensure that you are able to satisfactorily perform the duties of these positions with or without reasonable accommodation. Candidates will be required to complete the OSHA Respirator Questionnaire and be certified to use cartridge respirators.
