The new End-Stage Renal Disease and NYSHIP flyer is now available to download and will be available to order in the coming weeks.
This publication contains information on accessing care for end-stage renal disease (ESRD). It also outlines the ESRD coordination process between NYSHIP and Medicare, including changes to primary insurance.
Most NYSHIP communications discussing ESRD will now refer readers to this flyer for detailed information.
Distribution and Access
This publication will not be mailed to enrollee homes, but it may be accessed on our website at nyship.ny.gov.
