Beginning on June 3, 2026, JPMorgan Chase will provide banking services for NYSHIP and other benefit programs administered by EBD.
NYSHIP Participating Employers (PAs), Participating Employers (PEs) and direct-pay enrollees will be notified of the bank change as follows:

PAs and PEs: Billing statements for June 2026 coverage (produced on June 5) will include a letter notifying PAs and PEs of the banking change and updated options for check and online payments.

Direct-Pay Enrollees: Monthly direct-pay billing statements (produced in June) as well as biweekly billings dated June will include:

A letter notifying direct-pay enrollees of the banking change and options to pay online.

An updated envelope (salmon color) for enrollees who wish to pay premiums by check to the new banking vendor.
