The Employee Benefits Division has issued the June 2026 edition of Reporting On Diabetes. The Reporting On series describes unique programs and benefits available under The Empire Plan.
Reporting On Diabetes provides information about diabetes-related treatments, medications, supplies and other resources offered through The Empire Plan. The publication also explains available diabetes-related programs, including the Diabetes Support Program, Empire Plan Diabetic Supplies Pharmacy and Home Care Advocacy Program (HCAP).
This publication is now available on the NYSHIP website at nyship.ny.gov and replaces the October 2023 version.
