We are pleased to announce the publication of the 2026 Student Employee Health Plan Preventive Care Coverage Guide (PCCG).
The PCCG includes a summary of current federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) coverage requirements and information on preventive versus routine or diagnostic services. Encourage enrollees to use this guide together with the SEHP Report and SEHP At A Glance.
Distribution and Access
We will mail and email the PCCG to enrollees in June. The file for this mailing was pulled from NYBEAS on June 24, 2026 so any enrollee not enrolled in SEHP on NYBEAS as of this date should be provided with a copy.
This publication may also be accessed on our website at nyship.ny.gov.
Ordering Publications
In the coming weeks, copies of the PCCG may be ordered on HBA Online under “Publications & Forms” using the publication code NY1557.
