We are happy to send the revised Reporting On Centers of Excellence. This publication replaces the 2007 version (AL0786). If you still have the old publication on your shelves, please remove and recycle it. Reporting On Centers of Excellence describes the benefits of Centers of Excellence for cancer, transplants and infertility. This publication is popular at health fairs and with new enrollees.

We will not be mailing this publication to enrollee homes. We will send you five copies, but you can order as many as you need on HBA Online. Reporting On Centers of Excellence is also enclosed in the Quick Order packages for Participating Agencies.
