We are pleased to announce that the new version of the publication Reporting On Diabetes is at the printer and will be shipped to agencies soon.
The July 2010 version replaces the January 2009 version and includes valuable information about The Empire Plan’s Home Care Advocacy Program (HCAP), diabetes education and self-care and new articles on coping with diabetes and children and diabetes. Please recycle any copies you may have of the January 2009 version.
