Recently you received the new Empire Plan Telephone Numbers card strip for your Empire Plan enrollees. Many of you have called to say you'd like more.
So, due to popular demand, we will send the card strips to your enrollee's homes in the next Empire Plan Report which is scheduled for the fall.
If you need additional phone card strips before the report is mailed, please use the publication order form that was attached to memo PA96-07.
