This year, the agenda will include discussion of the 1996 Empire Plan experience, the new rate schedule for 1997 and several important administrative and regulatory issues which should be of interest to both Chief Executive Officers and Health Benefits Administrators.

DIRECTIONS TO MEETING SITES

Guilderland Town Hall (Albany County) - See attached map

From Adirondack Northway: Northway ends at Western Avenue (Route 20). Take a right onto Western Avenue (going west) and continue straight for about 7 miles. The Town Hall is on the right.

From NYS Thruway: Take Exit 24 off the Thruway and after going through toll booth, bear to the right and follow sign to Western Avenue Continue as above.

Town of Mount Pleasant (Westchester County)

From the North: Taconic State Parkway (Bronx River Parkway). Exit Stevens Avenue. Proceed to traffic light Straight on Stevens Avenue. At traffic light turn right onto Columbus Avenue. Town Hall Plaza is the first left turn.

From the South: Bronx River Parkway to Taconic State Parkway Exit Valhalla Place. Turn left off of Parkway onto Columbus Avenue. Proceed straight on Columbus Avenue to Town Hall Plaza. Turn left at Plaza.

From the East: Route 287 West. Exit 7. Proceed straight and continue on Route 22 North. Left turn onto West Lake Drive (this is the top of Kensico Dam). Proceed straight on West Lake Drive. At intersection turn right onto Columbus Avenue. Turn left at Town Plaza.

From the West: Tappan Zee Bridge to Route 287 East. 3 Sprain Brook Parkway North. Exit at Eastview Drive - Valhalla. Turn right at traffic light. Proceed onto Route 100 south. Straight to Legion Drive. Turn left onto Legion Drive. Straight to Columbus Avenue. Turn left onto Columbus Avenue and continue straight to Town Hall Plaza. Turn left at Plaza.

Long Island Expressway (495) to Exit 64 (Route 112). North on Route 112 for about 1.5 miles to site on the right. Town of Brookhaven offices (traffic light). Drive into complex to 4th building on right. Parking and entrance at the rear of building.
