Look for the Empire Plan Benefit Summaries for Participating Agencies at http://www.cs.state.ny.us
We have added "The Empire Plan at a Glance" benefit summaries for enrollees in each of the three Participating Agency benefit packages to our Web site on the Internet.
The on-line benefit summaries are based on the printed versions we mailed to your enrollees' homes in the December 1996 Empire Plan Reports.
We have also added "Find Your Group," a chart that leads Empire Plan enrollees who visit our site to their group-specific benefits package.
Now, your enrollees can go to http://'www.cs.state.ny.us, the Department of Civil Service home page, click on Employee Benefits, and find a summary of their Empire Plan benefits, link to the Empire Plan Participating Provider Directory, or read a flyer for local governments and school districts in New York State interested in joining NYSHIP.
